Solid Hardwood (Teak/Sal): Built from 100% genuine solid timber. They offer unmatched premium luxury, structural weight, security, and a canvas for intricate hand-carvings.
Engineered Doors (Veneer/Laminated): These feature a seasoned solid wood or pinewood core bonded under high pressure with premium face veneers or laminates. They provide a beautiful modern appearance with excellent resistance to warping and seasonal atmospheric shifts.
ABS & FRP Doors: Fabricated using advanced polymer composites. They are completely waterproof, termite-proof, and require zero routine maintenance, making them ideal for high-moisture zones like bathrooms and utilities.
Raw, untreated wood can expand or contract with humidity changes. To prevent this, all of our premium solid wood doors undergo a rigorous kiln-drying and seasoning process to bring internal moisture down to an optimal 8%–12% before fabrication. For extreme moisture environments, we recommend our specialized ABS, KAN-B, or FRP composite series, which feature zero thermal and moisture expansion rates.
Featured prominently in our premium lines, a synchronized texture finish is an industry-first design technology where the physical, tactile surface texture matches the underlying visual wood grain pattern perfectly. Unlike standard flat laminates, it gives you the rich, multi-dimensional feel of authentic premium timber alongside a sophisticated, scratch-resistant matte profile.
